Twin sisters with a shared passion for football from an early age, they both enjoyed successful playing careers in England, representing clubs including Tottenham Hotspur, Brighton and West Ham United.
Following their retirement from professional football, Rosie and Mollie quickly established themselves as influential voices in sports broadcasting. They have worked extensively across television, radio and digital platforms, covering major domestic and international competitions. Their insightful analysis and first-hand experience of the professional game has made them trusted figures in football media, particularly within the women's game.
Beyond broadcasting, the Kmita sisters are passionate about creating opportunities and driving positive change in sport. They are co-founders of The Powerhouse Project, an ever-growing community dedicated to designing transformative programmes that uplift, elevate and empower the next generation of female leaders across sport and beyond. This has led to ground-breaking initiatives in collaboration with global brands such as Nike, Google and Right to Dream, breaking down barriers, building confidence and creating tangible pathways for aspiring women in football, coaching, broadcasting and the wider sports industry.
In 2026, Rosie and Mollie also launched their podcast with KISS FM, The Warm Up Show, further expanding their presence in sports media and conversation.
Today, they continue to balance their media work with their commitment to The Powerhouse Project, using their platform to advocate for equality, visibility and long-term career sustainability for women in sport. Their journey from professional athletes to industry leaders reflects both their adaptability and their dedication to shaping the future of the game.
